Terms & Conditions

Due to the demand for Saturdays, we reserve the right to limit
Intimate Weddings to weekdays and Sundays.
All prices include tax and gratuities. Prices are subject to change.

Guarantees
Guaranteed minimum attendance must be specified one month prior to the event.
The number specified will be the minimum used for billing purposes.

Deposits & Payments
An initial deposit of 20% of the base price is required to reserve the date and time of your event.
All payments are non-refundable. All prices include tax and gratuities.
Estimated final payment, based on specified minimum attendance,
is due 1 month prior to the wedding date.
An invoice for any added guests, time, bar service, etc. will be presented
immediately after the wedding and must be paid upon presentation.
We keep a valid credit card on file even for those weddings
that indicate payment by cash or check.
Should we have to hire an attorney for collection, all fees and court costs
will be added to the amount due.

Time
The event starts and ends at the contract times.
Please be aware that if the ceremony is delayed, it means you will have a shorter reception.
The ceremony site is always ready 1 hour prior to the contract time
to allow time for your guests to arrive.

Food & Beverages
All food and beverages must be purchased from Victoria Inn & Gardens,
with the exception of your wedding cake.
The selections listed on our Menu are suggested offerings.
We are pleased to discuss other options and accommodate special requests.

Decorations & Lighting
Each package includes a set amount of decorations.
See our Wedding Options Page for things that can be added.
Other decorations including anything to be thrown, blown, or dropped
must be approved prior to booking.

Vendors
Victoria Inn has a list of recommended vendors.
Other vendors must sign our vendor agreement a minimum of 1 month prior to the event.
